“ I recently hosted a dinner party for my daughter's graduation at Woods Hill Pier 4. From start to finish, it was amazing! We had our gathering in the Cupola Room, which is a lovely private room. Hilary, our event coordinator, was fabulous! She helped me plan a beautiful, personalized dinner and always promptly answered my emails, which were always filled with questions. On the day of the event, she greeted me right away and also coordinated the arrival of our flowers. I am so grateful for Hilary's expert guidance throughout the process. We are from CT, so I completely relied on her every step of the way. Kyle, our head server, was really great! We got started a bit late due to people being stuck in traffic, but he never made us feel rushed, even though we overstayed the agreed upon time that the dinner would end. Each course was timed perfectly. So, a big shout out to Kyle! The food was superb, and our guests raved about their dishes! The cocktails were delicious, and kudos to the bartender for the great lemon drop martinis, and I'm very particular! The venue itself is upscale and beautiful . . . exactly what I envisioned for my daughter's special day. I highly recommend Woods Hill Pier 4 for your next event or simply if you want fabulous food, superb service, and great views! ”
“ Food: everything was well seasoned and prepared beautifully. I enjoyed the Cubano sandwich which had the meat cooked perfectly tender with a side of vinaigrette greens that complements it well with the salty sandwich. It also kinda looks like they homemade make their ketchup simply because the texture looks different. Service: our server did well, making sure that we had everything while having our waters filled and prepared prior to her visit Ambiance: there’s a ton of natural lighting since it’s a glass restaurant with the water view that you can see across back bay. It does get pretty cold with the wind as you right near the edge of the water. It’s a little upscale, but you can dress more casually in here. Location accommodation: it’s right in one of the piers by Seaport and there’s plenty of parking garages. There’s actually one right across the restaurant at hotel for 25 on time frames ”

“ We really enjoyed our dinner: from food, to atmosphere and service - everything was great! The views are breathtaking as well. This restaurant offers smaller dishes and suggests to order 2 per person from cold or hot appetizers and meals. We were very happy with our food choices (except for the cheese platter) and found each dish unique and complex. My favorite dish was duck breast followed by the squash appetizer. One thing i would adjust is the cheese board. Since it is offered as a dessert i would switch rye bread to a toast or some interesting white bread/cracker option. Also i would replace cranberry jam with a fig jam for a better combination as cranberry might go well with rye bread but didnt work for me at all with the cheeses. Still 5 stars and plan to be back! ”
“ We had our wedding in the Cupola Room at Woods Hill Pier 4 in late December, and it was absolutely perfect. Planning a Boston wedding all the way from Oregon could have been a challenge, but the team at Woods Hill Pier 4 made it so easy. They were incredibly organized and clear about every detail, responding quickly to all our questions and requests. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate us made the process smooth and stress-free, and we felt confident everything would go perfectly—and it absolutely did. On the day of the wedding, the team truly went above and beyond to make everything special. The Cupola Room created an elegant and intimate atmosphere, with stunning views that added to the magic of the evening. The staff made us and our guests feel so welcome and taken care of—it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was setup to accommodate our small ceremony ahead of dinner, with plenty of space to have our ceremony without feeling cramped and then the same with our table setup. Our custom menus on the place settings was the perfect finishing touch. We coordinated a champagne toast post ceremony and Woods Hill Pier 4 ensured that happened without a hitch. For our tasting dinner with eight guests, the Lodge Menu was the perfect fit for us to select our menu, but still provide a balance for our guests to have their individual preferences. We added a pasta course, and it was such a great decision. This extra course really elevated the meal and gave our guests even more to enjoy. For the main course, we were able to pull from their main menu along with the Ledge options to ensure our guests would have the options they needed. Each dish was executed perfectly. Dessert was just as memorable. The wine pairings we chose from their cellar, including the Gaston Chiquet ‘Special Club’ Champagne and Jacques-Frederic Munier Pinot Noir, complemented the meal beautifully. In addition, the thoughtful blend of cocktails, and beer selections made sure every guest was happy with something that suited their individual preferences. Woods Hill Pier 4 exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn’t imagine a better place to celebrate. The combination of incredible food, attentive service, and a beautiful setting made it truly unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable venue, especially for those planning from afar—you’ll be in excellent hands! ”
